TIECA is a non‑profit organisation founded on May 10, 1990, in Bangkok, Thailand. Initially known as the Educational Consultants Group of Thailand (ECT), it was officially recognized as TIECA on September 11, 1997.
TIECA serves as Thailand’s sole professional association for education agents, currently comprising 73 active members. The association is dedicated to maintaining high standards in educational counseling, safeguarding student rights, and promoting overseas study in alignment with government policies.
TIECA is a member of the Federation of Education and Language Consultant Associations (FELCA) and collaborates with international institutions to enhance educational opportunities for Thai students.
